Beta Terms & Conditions

1. What Is the Beta Program?

The Wilder Beta Program gives selected families early access to the Wilder app before its public launch. As a beta tester, you get free access to Wilder Plus features for one year from the date your account is activated.

2. Who Can Participate?

Beta testers must be adults (18 or older) creating accounts on behalf of their children. By joining the beta, you confirm that:

• You are the parent or legal guardian of any child who will use the app
• You have read and agreed to our Privacy Commitment
• You understand this is a pre-release version of the app

3. What We Ask of You

In exchange for free beta access, we ask that you:

• Use the app genuinely with your child and report bugs or issues to us
• Share honest feedback — the good, the bad, and the confusing
• Keep specific unreleased features confidential until we publicly announce them
• Not share your login credentials with people outside your immediate household

4. Free Year of Wilder Plus

Beta testers who join during the private beta period will receive one full year of Wilder Plus at no cost, applied automatically when paid plans launch. This offer is:

• One year per family account (not per child profile)
• Non-transferable and has no cash value
• Subject to the beta program remaining active
• Applied at launch — exact timing may vary

5. The App Is a Work in Progress

During beta, the app may have bugs, experience downtime, or change significantly. We may add, remove, or modify features at any time. We appreciate your patience — that's what beta testing is all about.

6. Your Data

We handle your family's data with care. Please read our Privacy Commitment for full details. In short: we collect only what's necessary, never sell data, and give parents full visibility and deletion rights.

7. Ending Participation

You can leave the beta at any time by emailing us. We may also remove beta access if these terms are violated. If the beta program ends before your free year is up, we'll honor the remaining time when paid plans launch.

8. No Warranties

The beta app is provided "as is." We do our best, but we can't guarantee it will always work perfectly. Be Wilder LLC is not liable for any issues arising from beta app use.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. We'll notify beta testers by email if there are material changes.
